Wine Tasting Notes
Bolla sources only healthy and mature grapes, which will produce a wine rich in color, with soft tannins and typical grassy varietal. Wine has an appealing fruity character (mainly plums and cherries) and is enhanced by additional complexity of liquorice, vanilla and cloves hints derived from the wood ageing. A beautiful ruby-red color. It is medium bodied, round in the mouth and has pleasingly long-lasting after-taste.
