This has a bright, pure feel, with loganberry, mulberry and bitter cherry notes mixed liberally with floral, red tea and savory accents. Very focused, with a sleek iron streak through the finish. A wine of precision. Best from 2023 through 2035.

Wine Tasting Notes
Heady aromas of dark cherry, black licorice, cassis, cedar and rose petal fill the glass and compel one to taste. The palate reflects the aromas, interweaving bright notes of pink grapefruit, red cherry, cranberry and blood orange with pencil lead and tar. Intriguing and delicious in its youth, this Hanzell Sonoma Cabernet will surely evolve and reveal more personality for many years to come.
