The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a deeper ruby/plum color to go with classic Santa Barbara County Cabernet notes of red and black fruits, sage, green cedar, and hints of tobacco. Medium-bodied on the palate, the texture is spot-on, and it has silky tannins and perfect balance. It's a terrific example of the quality coming from this region with regard to Bordeaux varieties, and it will drink well for 10-15 years. Drinking Window 2022-2037.
