Description

Jeb Dunnuck Review
Rated 90
Plenty of plum, leafy tobacco, graphite, and violet notes emerge from the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma Estates, a medium-bodied, nicely balanced, classic Cabernet offering building yet ripe tannins and a great finish. It can be drunk today with plenty of pleasure, but it's still going to be drinking beautifully in a decade as well. Drink 2021-2031.

Wine Tasting Notes
The Arrowood Sonoma Estates Cabernet offers generous layered aromas of bright cherry and black forest fruit. Ripe fruit character carries through on the palate along with undertones of caramel and cedar. Bright and juicy with a plush and velvety texture, it is readily enjoyable on its own and versatile enough to be paired with anything from casual pub fare to a classic ribeye.

How to Serve Liquor – Quick Tips

How to Serve Liquor – Quick Tips
  • Temperature Matters: Serve whiskey and bourbon at room temperature, vodka chilled, and tequila slightly cool to preserve aroma and balance.
  • Choose the Right Glass: Use a rocks glass for whiskey, a flute or coupe for sparkling spirits, and a tulip or snifter for aged liquors.
  • Don’t Rush the Pour: Allow spirits to breathe for a few moments before tasting — it softens alcohol notes and opens complex flavors.
  • Savor with Intention: Sip slowly, appreciate aroma before taste, and pair thoughtfully with food or fine company.
