At Benton-Lane, we take Pinot Gris seriously. Three of our Top 100 Wines of the World were for this loveable white wine. We slowly ferment the fresh whole cluster pressed juice to allow the release of the aromatic floral notes. This is another crisp, easy to enjoy Gris. Once again the aroma is delicate honeysuckle blossoms. The flavor begins with honeydew melon and then develops into fresh key lime with hints of white peach. The wine has excellent natural acidity and is great with Asian spiced dishes, oysters, or by itself chilled on the river or lake.
