    • Stags' Leap Winery Napa Chardonnay 2020
      James Suckling 92 Points
Cooked-apple and honey character with some candied pear and stone. It's full-bodied with a rather oily texture, yet it remains fresh and clean at the finish. Drink now.
    • Stags' Leap Winery Napa Sauvignon Blanc 2020
      James Suckling 92 Points
A creamy-textured sauvignon blanc with sliced apple, lime and other citrus fruit. Medium to full body. Tangy finish. Need oysters with this! Drink now.
    • Stags' Leap Winery 125th Anniversary Napa Cabernet 2018
      James Suckling 95 Points
A very pretty cabernet with very fine tannins that are polished and fresh. Beautiful currant, chocolate and walnut character. Medium to full body and a long, caressing finish. Builds beautifully at the end. So delicious now, but will develop nicely in bottle. Real 2018 character. Top vintage. Try after 2024.
    • Stags' Leap Winery Estate Ne Cede Malis SLD Napa Petite Sirah 2017
      Wine Advocate 95 Points
Composed from 100% Petite Sirah, the 2017 Petite Sirah Ne Cede Malis was aged for 17months in American oak, 28% new. Sporting a very deep purple-black color, it takes a little swirling and coaxing before it comes charging out of the glass with pronounced notions of stewed plums, boysenberries and blueberry pie plus hints of Chinese five spice, dried rose petals, chocolate box and vanilla pod with a waft of menthol. The full-bodied palate completely coats the mouth with spice-spiked black fruit preserves, framed by firm yet approachable tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long with a whole myriad of opulent flavors. This is a Petite Sirah lover's paradise!
    • Stags' Leap Winery Coombsville Napa Cabernet 2017
      James Suckling 94 Points
Beautiful focus and balance to this, offering currants, blackberries and chocolate with some tobacco and black tea. It's full-bodied, compact and firm with a focused finish. Needs two or three years to open, but already very pretty. So consistent in quality. Try after 2022.
    • Stags' Leap Winery Estate Audentia SLD Napa Cabernet 2014
      Wine Advocate 96 Points
A "super-selected Cab," the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Audentia Estate is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petite Sirah aged in about 75% new French oak. Deep garnet-purple in color, it is profoundly scented of crushed blackberries and black currants with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, sandalwood, dried flowers and lavender with a waft of fertile soil. The medium to full-bodied palate is densely packed with black fruit, earth and spice flavor layers, supported by firm, grainy tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing long and complex. Consider holding it for two more years and drink it over the next 25+. Drink 2020-2045.

How to Serve Liquor – Quick Tips

How to Serve Liquor – Quick Tips
  • Temperature Matters: Serve whiskey and bourbon at room temperature, vodka chilled, and tequila slightly cool to preserve aroma and balance.
  • Choose the Right Glass: Use a rocks glass for whiskey, a flute or coupe for sparkling spirits, and a tulip or snifter for aged liquors.
  • Don’t Rush the Pour: Allow spirits to breathe for a few moments before tasting — it softens alcohol notes and opens complex flavors.
  • Savor with Intention: Sip slowly, appreciate aroma before taste, and pair thoughtfully with food or fine company.
