A barrel selection, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has a very deep garnet-purple color and beautiful nose of violets, red roses and black raspberries over a core of red and black currants, black cherries and cedar chest plus a waft of black olives. Full-bodied and very finely constructed with soft, silt-like tannins and wonderful freshness, it gives beautiful expression and wonderful depth on the finish. Drink now-2035.
