These Chardonnay grapes were grown along the rolling hills of Sonoma County vineyards. The cold, foggy mornings slowly ripened the grapes, capturing the essence of this varietal: great texture, intense fruity aromatics, and ample acidity.

The Alma de Cattleya Chardonnay has a focused lemon hue to its core and bursts with concentrated aromas of ripe apple, lemon zest, and baking spice. On the palate, supple flavors of red apple skin, lemon meringue and juicy pear layer harmoniously with chalky minerality and focused acidity.
