Rated 93A very balanced Barbera given the hot 2017 vintage. Black raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries spring from the glass. The dark fruit is extremely generous and supple, but the tannins are muscular and structured. Real zing and verve on the long finish. Tightly strung and finely crafted. Drink now or hold.
