Description
Wine Tasting Notes Cantine Matrone Spasso Campania Rosso - a pyroclastic thrush of red fruits - is the glou-glou field blend of nearly extinct Vesuvian grape varieties. 25% Cancello (bio-type of Piedirosso, Pergola planted here and vigorous), 25% Cascaveglia (super-rare, with high degree of polyphenols from skins and pips, raging acidity, and a particular 'inky' note, that one often can find in Dolcetto), 25% Fosso (first vinification 2020 so stay-tuned), 25% Aglianicone (less color than Aglianico, more elegant, similar to the aromatic Coda di Volpe Rossa found also in Campania).
