A powerful but vibrantly cut expression of Pommard, it's packed with luscious red fruit lifted by streaks of redcurrant acidity and firm, fine-grained tannins. There's a lot of aging potential in this wine but it's also lovely in youth.

Owned by Michael Baum since 2014, the winery produces exceptional Pinot Noir from the Clos Marey-Monge vineyard, as well as other Grand Cru, Premier Cru, Village, and Bourgogne wines from the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune.
