Wine Tasting Notes
Tropical fruit aromas with a hint of pear, pineapple and banana. Some citrus notes. Stainless steel fermentation and aging allows for very bright fruit flavors and solid acidity. Pineapple and pear really carries through, with pineapple truly dominating. A lemon lime finish that begs for grilled shrimp and manchego cheese.
