Aptly named the Coplan Sonoma Valley Red Wine Blend 'The Chairman' because it initially presents with aromas of cigar box, brandy and tobacco leaf. On the palate, you will find rosehip potpourri, layered with roasted oolong tea and fine-grain tannin, living up to its old-world Bordeaux charm. It will draw you in for a closer inspection of the hibiscus balsamic reduction that lingers across the finish as you contemplate the influence of Merlot with the old vine Cabernet Sauvignon from our historic, old vines vineyard.
