Corbin Cash 4 Year Old Sour Mash Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

At Corbin Cash is 5 generations strong and can appreciate traditions. When we set out to release a bourbon we wanted to take the proper steps to produce something that would rival those made in Kentucky. This bourbon is made using traditional methods of leaving some old mash in the fermenter to help jump start the new batch and add a level of complexity to the flavor. We took an additional step to barrel age it at a lower proof, which gave us bourbon so smooth we decided to release it at barrel proof.

Tasting notes
The aroma leads with vanilla, oak, and baking spice followed by baked apple. The sweet cinnamon apple entry is joined by vanilla and citrus. It fades with malt and oak and finishes with malt, apple, sour dough, nutmeg, spicy rye, and oak.
