Wine Tasting Notes
Dry year, with a cold winter and a summer with normal average temperatures. Flowering took place under good climatic conditions. Harvest started with a dry weather but had then to be stopped due to heavy rain. Some days later it was resumed under a sunny weather which eliminated the humidity from the grapes and brought them to a very satisfactory maturation level.
