This sweet and fruity wine has the aroma of freshly picked ripe Elderberries. Warm days and cool nights during the growing season allow the wine to maintain ripe grape aromas and crisp acidity. The fruitiness of fresh Elderberries allows this wine to be served chilled as an aperitif. The wine goes wonderfully with roasted meats with fruit sauces or paired with fruit based desserts.
