The Peloursin grape varietal is the genetic mother of Petite Sirah, originating in northern Rhone-Alpes region of France. We discovered 20% of our family estate Petite Sirah vineyard is Peloursin, a very rare planting; in fact no acreage is reported by the California Dept. of Agriculture. As second generation Napa Valley winemakers, we hope you will enjoy this bottle of our family history.
