This fresh and vibrant white wine is a blend of 55% Semillon and 45% Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon rind and fig are threaded together with toasted oak and a hint of pear. Grapefruit, lemon and fig continue throughout the palate complemented by flavors of lemongrass and quince. Toasted oak and a creamy texture from the sur-lie maturation round out this elegant wine of tremendous length and flavor.
