Yes. During checkout you can leave instructions in the order comments for a delayed shipment. For sensitive times (extreme heat/cold, travel, etc.), we can hold your order until the best time for delivery.

For in-stock items, we offer same-day shipping when available, and express shipping options depending on your ZIP code. Delivery time still depends on carrier, weather, and item availability.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

If your delivery is incorrect or arrived damaged, email us or call with your order number right away. We’ll send you the correct item or a replacement and cover pickup of the incorrect product at no extra shipping cost.
