Decanter Magazine Review
Rated 93
A cool coastal bottling of the Bravium Anderson Valley, showing wonderful aromas of fir tips and blood orange, and a bassline of ripe red strawberries. The palate is taut and bright, with dusty minerality that coats fresh red fruits, a squeeze of blood orange and a finish of dried wild herbs. Drinking Window 2025-2033.
Wine Tasting Notes
From the far reaches of Mendocino County, this wine is prototypical Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, a delicious combination of floral aromas, ripe fruit flavors, and savory elements. Brilliant ruby red in color, Bravium Anderson Valley Pinot Noir offers up a complex melange of cherry cola, herbal tea, pennyroyal mint, rose petal, damp soil, and cinnamon spice. The luscious entry leads to mouthfilling, lightly crunchy cherry, berry patch, and plum flavors. The velvet-textured mid-palate is full of fruit, with medium acidity and chocolate notes evident on the saline and intriguingly savory finish.
