Offering loads of classic appeal, the 2021 Pinot Noir Nuthouse pours a reflective ruby hue and opens with a perfume of red cherry, cola spice, and mossy earth. Medium to full-bodied, it fills the palate with rounded fruit up front before revealing ripe tannins and a more savory undercurrent of umami richness. It's hard to resist now but will benefit from another year in bottle. Drink 2025-2030.
