The goal of Topography is to find a balance between the ripe concentration of valley floor vineyards and the structure and finesse of hillside vineyards. Topography has flavors and aromas of tart black cherry and raspberry liqueur. The palate highlights eucalyptus, dark chocolate, and a tart grippy finish.
