Wine Enthusiast Review
Rated 93
With its high proportion of Sémillon, the wine is luscious and finely honeyed. The wine has depth and layers of dry botrytis mingling with the yellow fruits and orange zest flavors. It is still young, ready to age for many years. Drink from 2026.
Hand-harvested grapes from 45-year-old vines. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 12–18 months in 50% new oak barrels. Produced with low yields for exceptional concentration and purity.
Pairs beautifully with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit tarts, or enjoyed solo as a luxurious digestif.
Serve chilled at 50-55°F. Ideal for special occasions or as a refined gift.
