This exquisite añejo tequila, crafted under Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco, blends tequilas aged 12 to 38 months in first-use American whiskey casks, with a portion of agave cooked in traditional pit ovens. Deep amber in color, it reveals aromas of cooked agave, smoked wood, and orange peel, followed by flavors of caramel, clove, and cinnamon that linger gracefully on a rich, citrus-accented finish.

Description

Nuestros Recuerdos is an annual series of five limited-edition creations-an invitation to explore the most exquisite facets of Día de Muertos. The series began in 2021 with Sabores ("Flavors") inspired by the traditional foods and sweets of the celebration. It was followed by Colores ("Colors") in 2022, Aromas ("Aromas") in 2023, and Música ("Music") in 2024.

This fifth and final installment pays tribute to the very soul of this festivity: the memories that keep our loved ones present, and the symbolic offerings that allow us to celebrate their lives.

TEQUILA The spirit crafted for this limited edition is an exquisite añejo tequila, masterfully crafted under the guidance of our Master Distiller, Viridiana Tinoco.

This exceptional blend harmonizes tequilas aged for different lengths of time (starting at 12 months and up to 38 months) in first-use American whiskey casks.

A portion of the agave used was artisanally cooked in a pit oven, imparting a rich sensorial depth that reveals a nuanced and layered profile; a tribute to the complexity of our most cherished memories.
