Description
Wine Tasting Notes This Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Barr Vineyard located in the Geneseo District of Paso Robles as well as our estate vineyard. This vineyard is planted to Clone 4 of Cabernet, which produces very small berry Cabernet Sauvignon. 12% Petit Verdot was added to create a dark and intense wine with both chocolate and cherry notes. The resulting wine is very dark and intense with lots of structure and refined tannin. We aged this in a combination of French and American Oak for 18 months.
