Rated 94
The 2021 Chardonnay Quartz Creek Vineyard is fabulous and also a step up from the 2020 tasted alongside it. Effusive floral top notes open first. Silky and creamy on the palate, with gorgeous finesse, the 2021 is, first and foremost, a wine of harmony. Low yields created by drought and a cool, long growing season yielded an especially intense young Chardonnay. Drinking Window: 2024-2031.

How to Serve Liquor – Quick Tips
- Temperature Matters: Serve whiskey and bourbon at room temperature, vodka chilled, and tequila slightly cool to preserve aroma and balance.
- Choose the Right Glass: Use a rocks glass for whiskey, a flute or coupe for sparkling spirits, and a tulip or snifter for aged liquors.
- Don’t Rush the Pour: Allow spirits to breathe for a few moments before tasting — it softens alcohol notes and opens complex flavors.
- Savor with Intention: Sip slowly, appreciate aroma before taste, and pair thoughtfully with food or fine company.
