High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey is a blend of straight rye whiskeys ranging in age from 4 to 7 years old.
  • Nose: Yellow plum jam on raspberry scones, boysenberry turnover, cinnamon sugar graham crackers, cocoa-dusted orange peels, leather harvesting bag, dried white flowers, morning dew drops on lavender buds.
  • Taste: Raspberry jalapeno jelly on toasted brown bread, clove-infused orange slices, vanilla-poached dates, homemade applesauce with cinnamon sticks, fried dough with powdered sugar, mint tea.
  • Finish: Cherry fruit leather, ginger chews, stone cut oats with cream and golden raisins, fresh cracked pepper.
  • How to Enjoy: Great neat, with a little water, or on the rocks. The high rye mash bill also makes Rendezvous® perfect in one of the classic cocktails made with rye: like a Manhattan, or an Old Fashioned.
