Delicious tropical, bright melon and citrus notes combine with a lovely fresh, mouth-watering acidity. A lovely aperitif, it also is very versatile food wine and would pair nicely with a wide range of seafood dishes, including fresh fish, oysters, shrimp and chicken/pork dishes. Also to be enjoyed with fresh, leafy green or pasta salads.
