Wine Tasting Notes
This delicious bubbly wine takes its cool pink hue from Pinot Noir grapes grown in our Russian River Valley estate vineyards. Delicate floral aromas of jasmine and lilac mingle with ripe cherry character, and notes of vanilla, cream, and toast round out the complex aromas and flavors. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed in our Coquard press. After secondary fermentation, the wine ages in-bottle, with its yeasts, for three years, then undergoes riddling, dosage, and disgorging. Six additional months of aging prior to release ensures perfectly balanced characters.
