The 2022 Auslese Cuvée is a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Welschriesling, with around a third of the fruit affected by botrytis. Smooth notes of ripe yellow plum are tender on the nose, showing a glimpse of clear honey. The palate is vividly sweet, reminiscent of Mirabelle jelly laced with lemon. It has a delicious smattering of white pepper on the finish. The finish is lasting, fresh and bright. Drinking Window 2028-2045.
