The 2021 Chablis Village, a blend of several parcels comprising four hectares, has a well-defined bouquet with fine delineation. Light white flower and citrus peel. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, quite lively with a cohesive and lightly spiced finish that lingers in the mouth. Very fine. Drinking Window: 2023-2029.
Wine Tasting Notes
A lovely nose of creme brulee and vanilla bean. On the palate, warm, ripe, puckering acidity and lemon/lime minerality, yet very easy to drink already. Acids cling to the roof of your mouth. There is ripe, sugared grapefruit on the finish.
