This muscular, tannic and deeply flavored wine is a prime candidate for extended aging. It wraps powerful, intense black olives, black cherries and dark chocolate in firm, layered tannins that meld with cocoa, graphite and iron accents on the palate. One of the best performances ever in Robert Craig's long history with Howell Mountain cabernet sauvignon. Drinkable now, but best from 2030.
