Production Details

• Aging Process: Utilizes the solera method, traditionally reserved for aging cognacs, ports, and sherries. This technique involves filling a series of casks at different intervals over a long period. As rum from the oldest cask is emptied and bottled, the cask is refilled with an equivalent amount from the second-oldest cask, creating a cascading effect that continues until the youngest cask is filled with new rum. This process ensures that no cask is ever fully emptied, and as the younger rum cascades through the solera, its average age and complexity gradually increase over time.
