Jeb Dunnuck Review Rated 94 Moving to Napa, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec, and the rest Merlot and Cabernet Franc, all of which spent 20 months in 80% new French. Currants, smoked herbs, graphite, chocolaty oak, and some spring flower notes all give way to a rich, full-bodied, plush, layered wine that has terrific underlying structure. It's a gorgeous base cuv e that has so much to love. Drink bottles over the coming 10-12 years.
Wine Tasting Notes The Sinegal Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate and nearby vineyards is truly impressive. Its aromas are lively and dynamic, featuring abundant dark cherry, mocha, and sweet tobacco notes. The palate is sophisticated and polished, yet it retains an impressive depth that persists throughout. Smooth tannins give way to a lovely balance of bright acidity and red fruit, culminating in a lingering finish. This vintage is currently showing beautifully and is expected to further enhance with age.
