Bright purple fruit with lifted notes of bramble berries, violets and bergamot. The palate is full-bodied with chewy tannins, a lush mouthfeel, fine acidity and notes of dark plums, cocoa, sage and red peppercorns. A blend of multiple blocks made up of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon with smaill amounts of petit verdot, merlot and malbec. Drink or hold.

The Stonestreet Estate Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the essence of our vineyard estate situated at high elevations, displaying the diverse range of aspects, soils, and vegetation present on its main ridge. Lively scents of wild blackberry, raspberry, tobacco, and sage take center stage, complemented by delicate hints of baking spices and anise. On the palate, rich flavors of black currant, dried cherry, dried Herbes de Provence, and a hint of vanilla bean unfold, wrapped in refined tannins that carry the wine to a lingering finish infused with cocoa powder.
